Where are we located?

At the moment we’re strictly an online business, we cook our food from a food truck and deliver all of our orders Sunday through Wednesday.

When can I place an order?

Our website is open 7 days a week. There’s a 24-hour notice requirement for us to cook and deliver your order, our website will give you the available dates and times at checkout. We cook and deliver Sunday through Wednesday, on Sundays, we only deliver in the evenings from 6PM-9PM. Monday through Wednesday we have 2 delivery slots which are 10am-12:30PM and 6pm-8:30pm. Sundays are currently our busiest days and at times we do need to set a limit as to how many orders we can receive. Lock in your spot by ordering as early as Wednesday for Sunday delivery!

How can I tell which portion I am eating?

We color code our plates in order to make it distinction easier! A green sticker is our traditional portion, a blue sticker is petite, and the red sticker is large.

Are your delivery times exact?

No, please allow a 30-minute window for our drivers to deliver your order as we have multiple customers choosing the same delivery time. We will do our best to deliver your order as close as possible to the time requested. If any changes need to be made to the delivery time please notify us by call or text. You can also send us an email or send us a message on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including visa, mastercard, discover, American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, cash app, and Zelle. Select the cash option on the payment screen in order to pay any other way aside from credit card.

Is there any discounts available?

Yes! We offer 10% off your order for first responders including; law enforcement, firefighters, nurses, etc., teachers, and the military. In order to validate your discount please send us a picture of a valid ID to our email, please. Once verified we will provide a special code at checkout!

Do you offer customized meal plans?

Yes we do! If you’re following a diet/meal plan already please send it over to us and we’ll give you a quote for your customized meals. If you don’t have a plan to follow but would like one, we have our nutrition coach who can have a free consultation with you and get you started on your health journey.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand things happen, if you need to cancel your order you have 6 hours from the time the order is placed. If you cancel your order any time after you will be liable for 50% of the cost of your order.
